The file is located at Documents/My Games/Company of Heroes Relaunch/playback/TEMP.REC, just delete the temp.rec file and you can play again, the file is automatically generated everygame, so you'll have to delete it often (a shortcut to the folder placed on your desktop can become relly handy).
